We begin with a detailed consultation to understand your travel needs, destination requirements, pet species/breed, and health status. Based on this, we plan a customized relocation strategy.

Step 2: Documentation & Permits

We handle all mandatory paperwork, which may include:

• Pet Passport

• Microchipping (where required)

• Health Certificate by a licensed vet

• Vaccination Records (e.g., Rabies)

• Import/Export Permits (for international moves)

We also coordinate with consulates and destination country authorities to ensure compliance.

Step 3: Travel Crate & Comfort Prep

Your pet is prepared for travel with proper crate training (if needed) and a IATA-approved pet travel crate is selected based on size, weight, and species. We ensure hydration, temperature regulation, and stress minimization.

Step 4: Pre-Departure Vet Check & Clearance

A final health check is conducted 24–48 hours before travel. We obtain the Fit-to-Fly certificate, finalize air cargo booking, and complete pre-departure customs formalities.

Step 5: Transport & Monitoring

Your pet is carefully transported to the departure terminal in a temperature-controlled vehicle. During the journey, we monitor progress and update you regularly.

Step 6: Arrival & Handover

At the destination, we coordinate customs clearance and handover your pet to you (or your contact) at the airport or residence, depending on the selected service mode.
