You contact us with basic details: vehicle type, pickup and delivery locations, preferred dates, and delivery urgency. We inspect the vehicle (in person or via photos) to record its condition.

Step 2: Quote & Insurance

We provide a detailed quote based on distance, carrier type, and service level. Optional transit insurance is offered for extra peace of mind.

Step 3: Pickup Scheduling

We schedule a pickup from your doorstep or a nearby location. You will be guided to prepare the car by:

• Removing personal belongings

• Ensuring fuel is less than ¼ tank

• Disabling car alarms

• Locking windows and doors

Step 4: Loading & Transit

Your vehicle is securely loaded onto the transport carrier:

• Open Carrier: Cost-effective, suitable for regular cars

• Enclosed Carrier: Ideal for luxury or high-value cars

For international relocations, the vehicle is shipped via RORO (Roll-on/Roll-off), containerized cargo, or air freight (premium option).

Step 5: Documentation & Customs (for international moves)

We handle:

• Export Certificate / Carnet

• Vehicle Registration Copy (RC)

• No Objection Certificate (NOC)

• Insurance Copy

• Passport & Visa (for some destinations)

We also manage customs clearance and port formalities at origin and destination.

Step 6: Tracking & Updates

You receive regular updates with tracking info, estimated arrival, and any delays.

Step 7: Final Delivery & Inspection

Upon arrival, your car is offloaded and handed over to you or your authorized contact. A final inspection is done to confirm vehicle condition and completion of service.
